Just as with going Gluten Free, it's an iterative process.

I still find myself fatigued, foggy, and lightly congested. The Gluten Free diet helped but, didn't solve the problem. There must be another source of my problem.

The Federal HousingTax Credit is about to expire, finally. Let's hope it stays expired, no last minute extensions or revamped version in the pipeline.

It's been about a year since I began my Gluten Free diet. As a result, my nasal congestion, headaches, and constant feeling of hunger, has been greatly reduced. The diet is getting cleaner but, not completely Gluten Free.
